Professor Safiya Noble Receives 2023 Wayne A. Danielson Award for Distinguished Contributions to Communication

The Department of Gender Studies congratulates Professor Safiya Noble, recipient of the the 2023 Wayne A. Danielson Award for Distinguished Contributions to Communication from the Moody College of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin.  Wayne A. Danielson was renowned for his research and publications which made a significant contribution to the understanding of communication, Wayne A. Danielson  was the esteemed second Dean of  Moody College which created this award in 1991 to honor him and those whose work follows the same guiding principles.
